ANSR Labs is committed to the highest standards of transparency and security in our operations. Our governance structure ensures that theoretical research safely translates into verifiable protections for public and private infrastructure.

Mission Statement

To ensure the secure deployment of autonomous neural systems through transparent research, decentralized security protocols, and the establishment of industry-standard integrity frameworks for critical national infrastructure.

As a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt public charity, our mandate prioritizes public security benefits and open-source validation over proprietary exploitation.

The IRS recognized ANSR as exempt under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3) effective March 31, 2026, classified as a public charity under Section 170(b)(1)(A)(vi). Contributions are tax-deductible under Section 170.

Architecting and governing the technical vision for AI identity systems and cryptographically verifiable provenance. As Lead Researcher and Principal Investigator, he directs the strategic roadmap for AI-to-AI governance within institutional frameworks, ensuring the resilient deployment of autonomous neural systems across critical national infrastructure.

Founding Member, Financial Director, CISO

Overseeing the financial health and long-term sustainability of ANSR Labs, James brings disciplined fiscal stewardship and budget accountability to our research mission. He manages financial disclosures, resource allocation, and operational funding across research programs, ensuring the organization maintains the transparency and solvency required of a public-benefit nonprofit. He also serves as CISO, guiding information security policy to protect the integrity of our systems and data.

Director, Secretary

Serving in a voluntary capacity as Secretary and Director, Steven provides independent governance oversight to ensure ANSR Labs upholds its organizational integrity and public trust. He maintains corporate records, supports bylaw compliance, and ensures board proceedings are properly documented and transparent. His independent perspective contributes to balanced, accountable decision-making aligned with the organization’s nonprofit mission.
